Customer: Amurstal LLC, Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

Location of the project: Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

Completion date: 2021.

Title: Manufacture of an industrial ladle trolley for the steel-smelting shop of the Amurstal plant.

Scope of work performed during the implementation of the project:

  • Purchase, delivery, cutting of metal for the manufacture of a tundish trolley.
  • Development of project documentation, KMD drawings.
  • Assembly of the tundish trolley.
  • Tundish trolley welding.
  • Dust removal, degreasing and coloring of the tundish.
  • Delivery of the finished tundish under the VIK, clearance of the seams.
  • Loading and delivery to the territory of the Amurstal plant.
  • Installation of an industrial bucket.
  • The total weight of the manufactured parts was 5 tons.

Project photos

We carry out activities in the field of transportation of dangerous goods. We have our own platforms for handling oversized cargo in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. We provide services: painting and abrasive processing of metal products. We carry out work on the disposal of railway trains, the manufacture and installation of metal structures
